ACCG COMMUNITY
Enriching Lives Since 1983, with more than 40 years of experience, The African Caribbean Care Group, (ACCG) is an established provider of Health and Social Care services to adults. We work with service users, their families, and friends across from a variety of diverse community groups to provide person centred services.
About the African Caribbean Care Group
We partner with Local Authorities, social managers, NHS and voluntary community organisations to develop and provide tailored packages to those in the community and surrounding areas. Our aim is to support people by improving their wellbeing, promoting independence and quality of life through a person centred care approach, enabling services users and their families to maintain their independence whilst living fulfilling lives.
Our goal is to deliver services that prevent, social isolation and loneliness.
The ACCG provides a safe and secure environment for care and holistic support to be offered to a variety of people living in the community; many of them vulnerable and/or disabled. Our trained and experienced care teams enable people to live independently in the community, in addition to providing respite for carers who may also be in full or part time employment.

The ACCG Community
Community Well Being services within the Claremont Centre provide a friendly, welcoming environment where people can meet up with friends old and new. Activities and social events help everyone maintain a healthy lifestyle. We provide our service to the whole family, not just the person being cared for, supporting everyone involved
