Dementia Care and Advisory Service

ACCG worked with Dementia United to identify communities in underserved populations living with Dementia. The findings from this highlighted a lack of data available or collected for African and Carribbean Communities and other by statutory services. This also highlighted the potential lack of early detection and post diagnostic support for African and Caribbean people and others living with Dementia.

ACCG will provide targeted post diagnostic support with information and advice.
